Nemous

Building in public,
as it happens.

I spent the last 7 years building products with companies and teams, and the whole time I kept telling myself I should share the journey and what I learn along the way. I never took the chance. Now I am. So I built Nemous: the place where I share the tools I make, the lessons I pick up, and the fun parts of shipping software with real teams.

What I make

Three things, one thread

Tools & AI products

I build a lot of tools for my own work. When one turns out genuinely useful, I clean it up and share it with everyone.

Essays on engineering

Writing about what I actually learn while building: architecture calls, AI workflows, and the decisions that only make sense in hindsight.

The journey, documented

A documentary of building products with teams and companies, day by day: helpful when it can be, funny when it should be. No highlight reel.

The story

Two obsessions

01

Long before I wrote production code, I was making videos. And the whole time I was making videos, I was dreaming about building products with great teams. For years the two lived side by side, content on one screen and code on the other, each teaching me something the other couldn't.

02

Content came first. I grew a gaming channel to 50,000 subscribers, one upload at a time. Then I built a channel for my mom, teaching sewing to complete beginners, and grew it past 100,000 subscribers to a Silver Play Button. Two channels, two totally different audiences, one lesson: showing up consistently and teaching what you know beats everything else.

03

Then engineering took over: seven years, five companies, products serving half a million users, built with some great teams. Somewhere along the way I kept telling myself I would share what I was learning. I never did. Nemous is me finally doing it. Still building with teams and companies every day, still shipping, just not keeping it to myself anymore.
