About this project

Architected and shipped Sparkit's core internal operations platform entirely from scratch. What started as a factory order tracker grew into a full control tower covering 5+ modules: orders, production, logistics, receipts, and creator management.

Before this, the ops team relied on disconnected tools and manual tracking across a supply chain spanning 56 mills, 35 print houses, and 12 warehouses. Everything was unified into a single real-time dashboard, giving instant visibility into every part of the operation.

The result was immediate: factory throughput increased by 60% as the team moved from reactive firefighting to active pipeline management.

Delivered solo in a fraction of the expected timeline using 90% AI agentic coding workflows, from initial scoping through to production deployment.
