About this role
Working as a full-stack engineer at Sobiapi, taking client products from raw idea to production. No external technical lead, no hand-holding. Specification, architecture, development, and deployment: all on me.
The flagship project: building the way L'Industreet (Total Energies Foundation) runs examinations. I shipped a complete ecosystem in 3 months: an admin portal, student mobile app, and teacher tablet app, replacing a fully manual process with a smooth digital experience.
I also delivered a waste management platform for Sage Engineering, integrating French government APIs to automate compliance and reporting workflows.
The quality of delivery on both projects directly secured follow-on contracts. I transitioned into a technical advisor role overseeing the new engineering team.
